Ingredients: 1)Oreo biscuits/any biscuits of your choice (10 biscuits) 2)Milk 3)Icing sugar. 3.CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Ingredients: 1)Cocoa powder 2)Sugar 3)All purpose flour (maida) 4)Salt 5)Vanilla essence 6)Cooking oil 7)Chocochips/any other chocolate of your choice (optional). Procedure: 1)Take a bowl. 2)Add 4 tablespoons cocoa powder. 3)Add 8 tablespoons all purpose flour 4)Add 6-7 tablespoons sugar. 5)Add 2-4 drops of vanilla essence 6)Add a pinch of salt. 7)Add 4 teaspoons of water & give it a good mix such that the consistency of this mixture should become as thick as that of a cake batter. 8)Add the chocochips/chocolate pieces on the top 9)Take a microwave safe glass vessel 10)Pour the brownie batter in it & heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. 11)Cut it in squares. 12)Serve HOT! 12)Pro Tip(Optional): You can even add Nutella into the cake batter to make Nutella brownies. 4.MINI DONUTS

Ingredients: 1)Self-rising flour 2)Yogurt 3)Cooking oil 4)Cornflour 5)Sugar 6)Cocoa powder. Procedure: FOR MAKING MINI DONUTS 1)Take self-rising flour in a big bowl & to that add yogurt and mix it thoroughly. 2)Keep it aside for about 30 minutes. 3)Take a piping bag or even a zip lock bag will do. 4)Fill the donut batter into the bag. 5)Take a frying pan & fill it with oil as we need to deep fry our donuts. 6)Drop down the batter into the frying pan’s hot oil in small spherical balls as making a perfect donut shape is very difficult. 7)Once these balls are golden-brown remove them out on a tissue paper so all the excess oil is soaked by the tissue. FOR MAKING THE GLAZE 1)Take a saucepan and heat half cup water. 2)Once it starts boiling add one tablespoon of corn flour & 5-6 tablespoons sugar. 3)Stir rigorously. 4)You will know it’s done when it forms a translucent white shiny glaze. 5)Take aside half of this mixture. 6)Rest half can be used to coat some donuts. 7)The half mixture which was taken aside earlier has to be taken in the saucepan again. 8)Add cocoa powder to that and stir rigorously to avoid lumps. 9)Now we have our chocolate glaze ready. 10)Coat the remaining donuts with it. 11)Now we have sugar glazed donuts & chocolate glazed donuts. 12)Serve HOT!

5.CHURROS

Ingredients: 1)Milk (1 cup) 2)All-purpose flour(1 cup) 3)Eggs(2) 4)Salt(1/2 tablespoon) 5)Vanilla essence(1 tablespoon) 6)Sugar 7)Cinnamon. Procedure: 1)Take a saucepan & keep it on medium flame. 2)Once the milk comes to a boil turn off the stove and add the all-purpose flour. 3)Start mixing rigorously with a spatula or a wooden spoon to form the dough. 4)Let the dough cool, the put the dough in the food processor add the 2 eggs and knead it properly. The dough will initially split but it will come back together just keep kneading it. Lastly add the vanilla essence. 5)Fill it in a piping bag or zip lock bag. 6)Put a frying pan filled with oil on high flame. Start piping out the dough into tiny standard churros & fry till they are golden brown. 7)Take a bowl mix powdered sugar with cinnamon powder & to that add the hot churros are thoroughly coat them. 8)Serve HOT! 9)Pro Tip(Optional): Drizzle chocolate sauce or caramel sauce onto the churros.
